Open MyTEAM from the main menu.
Go to Extras and select Locker Codes.
Type the code with dashes. Example, 2K26-SEASON1-TIPOFF.
Confirm, then open Unopened Packs or check the Message Center.
If the game rejects a valid code, restart MyTEAM and try again. This clears some temporary errors.
